1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this Site or purchase any alcoholic beverages. By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Love Potion reserves the right to cancel any order if we suspect you are under the legal drinking age.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Love Potion currently ships direct-to-consumer (DTC) in 43 U.S. states. We do not ship to UT, MS, AR, TN, ND, AK, WV, PR, GU, US Overseas Territories. Orders may be subject to age verification and delivery restrictions based on state or local laws. Shipping times may vary and are subject to carrier delays. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping providers or external factors.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to state and federal laws regarding the sale of alcohol, all sales are final. However, if your order is damaged, incorrect, or otherwise compromised during delivery, please contact us at hello@drinklovepotion.com within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We strive to ensure all product information, including pricing and descriptions, is accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and to modify or discontinue products or pricing at any time without prior notice.
